Choose at least 17 Parts every day from the light meals and main meal categories

Remove parts of the meal you don’t like if need, but DO NOT to add anything extra to the meal. Adding extra foods could easily keep this weight loss diet from working properly.

Drink at least a half litre of water throughout every morning, afternoon AND evening

Acceptale alcohol limits are 2  parts a day .
1 part of alcohol = half pint beer, 25 mL  of spirit, 100mL of wine.
 
 
Salad-Vegetable Parts
 
Salad Option is: ONE: tomato, cucumber, celery or salad leaves

Vegetable Option is: Four OZ brussel sprouts
Or FIVE oz carrots or cauliflower or broccoli
Or Seven OZ  asparagus or green beans
Or Six OZ leeks or courgettes


5 Part MEALS

1/2 fresh grapefruit followed by
two weetabix served with 200 mL milk

Two rashers bacon with
Two slices of bread

Two slices bread toasted
with Two teaspoons of jelly or
honey and one banana

Two slices bread toasted
with two poached eggs

50 Grams of corn flakes with 10 strawberries and
with 250 mL milk

One bagel with Two level tablespoons of jam with 10 cherry tomatoes

One banana and One apple and One orange and Plum

Two slices toasted bread with
50gram of cheddar cheese and One plum

Two slices bread with
150 grams baked beans canned in tomato sauce and 1 plum

Mixed salad topped with 10 cherry tomatoes plus
50 grams of feta cheese and Seven olives and a pita

250 Gram potato with 90 grams of tuna plus
2 tablespoons of sweet corn with salad leaves

Two slices  with 60 grams of chicken and One level tablespoon of light mayonnaise
 
 
8 Part MAIN MEALS

120 grams salmon steak with 180 grams potatoes
boiled in their skins plus  90 grams green beans and 130 grams of courgettes

Prawn stir fry made with 120 grams prawns, one small onion,  one red pepper, 70 grams broccoli,  60 grams sweet corn
One tablespoon sherry, one tablespoon soy sauce and one ounce dry noodles Plus
120 grams of fresh raspberries topped with four level tablespoons yogurt

90 grams roast pork or roast chicken with
180 grams of potatoes mashed, 90 grams of carrots, 90 grams cabbage, 90 grams of cauliflower and two tablespoons of apple sauce

Chilli and white rice with 60 grams of beef or turkey
One onion, Four tablespoons of canned kidney beans, chilli powder
One  garlic  clove served with 60 grams of white rice.
 
 
 EXTRAS Parts

You can have any of the subsequent for free

Black coffee or tea
Herbal teas
Diet Soda
Water
Lemon and lime juice
vinaigrette  salad dressing
Diet French dressing
Soy sauce
Tabasco sauce
Vinegar
 
 
1 Part SNACKS

One apple
Two plums
One  tablespoon parmesan
One slice of bread
130 grams cherries
140 mL of milk
100 grams of yogurt
20 grams raspberries or strawberries
Two tablespoons of ketchup
One tablespoon mayonnaise
20 grams margarine
150 Ml gravy



2 Part SNACKS

20 grams butter or margarine
One banana
One  apple and one orange
One pear and one kiwi
120 of grapes and  one peach
1 chocolate bar
30 grams feta cheese and 20 olives
Two slices bread
120 grams baked beans in tomato sauce
