Below are some easy life style changes that will help you lose weight over the long term. - Do not diet: Just eat healthy
- Don’t eat bad calories: Keep away from empty calories and refined foods like soda pop and candy.
- Don’t eat large meals: Instead, eat smaller meals, more often. This helps keep your metabolism running faster.
- Stay away from bad fats: Eat omega-3 fatty acids like those found in fish.
- Eat a large number of vegetables: Centre of attention on the green one like broccoli, cabbage, collard greens and brussels sprout.
- Don’t dehydrate yourself: Drink 8-12 glasses of water every day.
- Don’t stay up late: Get a good sleep very night if possible.
- Don’t stress out: Avoid stress whenever possible.
- Get some Exercise EVERY day — This doesn’t mean you have to go to gym or run laps every day. Walking the dog or taking a walk on your lunch break will tie you over between you heavy exercise days.
